Managed services and RPO
Hand us a function. We run it to agreed service levels.
A managed service means OmHRA hires, trains and leads the team, covers absences, reports on performance every month and answers for the result. You pay a monthly fee for an outcome, not a headcount.
Functions we run
- Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent coordination: sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offers and onboarding, run as an extension of your talent team
- Technical support and service desks: product support, escalation management and customer onboarding
- Sales development: inbound and outbound BDR teams, lead qualification and demand generation
- Sales and revenue operations: deal desk, renewals, licence management and provisioning
- Finance and business support: accounts payable, T&E audit, procurement support and data analysis
- HR operations: employee resource centre, onboarding and offboarding, attendance and HR data
How an engagement runs
- Scope: we agree the work, volumes and service levels in a statement of work.
- Build: we hire, train and onboard the team, with a named OmHRA lead.
- Run: the team delivers to the service levels, with backup cover for leave and attrition.
- Review: monthly performance reports and quarterly business reviews, so you always know where things stand.
Why managed, not just staffed
With contract staffing, you manage the people. With a managed service, we manage the outcome. That means one point of accountability, predictable monthly cost, and no gaps when someone leaves, because covering them is our job. It also keeps your headcount flat while the work grows.

Frequently asked questions
What is a managed service in staffing?
A managed service is when a partner runs an entire function for you to agreed service levels, taking responsibility for the team and the results, rather than only supplying people.
What is RPO?
Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) means an outside team runs part or all of your recruitment, from sourcing and scheduling to offers and onboarding, working as an extension of your talent team.
How is a managed service priced?
As a fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope and service levels, set out in a statement of work.
How quickly can a managed team start?
It depends on team size and skills. For most teams we share the first screened candidates within five working days of scoping, and agree a ramp-up plan in the statement of work.
