Do I have to pay anything to apply?
Never. OmHRA does not charge candidates any fee at any stage. If someone asks you for money in our name, it’s a scam.
Are these permanent jobs or contract jobs?
Both. Most roles are long-term contract positions where you’re employed by OmHRA and work at a client company, often for several years. Some roles are permanent jobs directly with the client. Each job post says which it is.
If I’m on OmHRA’s payroll, what benefits do I get?
Salary on time every month, PF, ESI where applicable, gratuity as per law, leave as per policy, and an employee portal and app for payslips, leave and attendance.
How soon will I hear back?
You’ll get an instant WhatsApp confirmation when you apply. If your profile fits the role, a recruiter will call you, usually within a few working days.
Will you share my CV without asking me?
