Email a referral

How it works

  1. Check with your friend first. Make sure they’re happy for us to contact them.
  2. Email us their details. Write to hiring@omhra.in with the subject “Referral”. Include their name, phone number, CV if you have it, and the kind of role they want, plus your own name and number.
  3. We take it from there. A recruiter contacts your friend, and we keep you updated on how it’s going.
  4. You get paid. When your friend joins through OmHRA and completes 90 days, we transfer your reward of up to ₹25,000 to your bank account. The amount depends on the role.

Your friend can also apply directly: see our current jobs or message our job bot on WhatsApp. Ask them to mention your name so the referral counts.

The fine print

  • The reward applies when your friend is new to OmHRA, meaning not already in our database or in process with us in the last six months.
  • If two people refer the same person, the first referral we receive counts.
  • Rewards are paid by bank transfer, with tax deducted where the law requires.
  • OmHRA may change or end the programme at any time; referrals made before a change keep the terms that applied when they were made.
