Our story
Sumer Seth started OmHRA in 2014, after training at IHM Jaipur and then earning an MBA in HR from FORE School of Management. What began as a small recruitment desk in Delhi grew into a multi-city staffing firm serving enterprise clients, including a global creative software leader, a fintech major and a luxury hospitality group.
It’s built on one idea: treat every candidate and every client as a long-term relationship. That’s why our people stay in their roles for years, and why clients keep coming back.

Twenty years in HR and staffing. Before founding OmHRA, Sumer ran HR as General Manager for an outsourcing business with 500+ employees across 46 Indian cities, and trained recruiters on RPO delivery. He leads OmHRA’s client relationships, delivery and growth. LinkedIn
Dr. Preetika Chadha Kaushik
Manager, HR Operations
Runs OmHRA’s HR operations, payroll, compliance and billing, and is the operational owner of our information security programme. Before joining in 2022, she spent six years in higher education, at Amity University and the Delhi Institute of Hotel Management. LinkedIn
