These terms apply to your use of omhra.in, the website of OM Human Resource Agency Private Limited (“OmHRA”). By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. About the website

This website gives general information about our staffing, managed services, Employer of Record, payroll and recruitment services, and lets you contact us, apply for jobs or refer candidates. Nothing on the site is an offer of employment or a binding offer of services. Any service we provide to a client is governed by a separate written agreement.

2. For job seekers

  • Applying for a role does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment.
  • You must give accurate and complete information. False information may lead to an application being rejected or an offer being withdrawn.
  • OmHRA never charges candidates any fee at any stage. Anyone asking for money in our name is not acting for us; please report it to hr@omhra.in.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false or harmful content, attempting to access systems or data you’re not authorised to, scraping content in bulk, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Content and intellectual property

The OmHRA name, logo and website content belong to OmHRA. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but may not copy, modify or republish the content commercially without our written permission.

5. Accuracy

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information about services, jobs and regulations may change. General information on the site, including anything about labour laws, is not legal or tax advice.

6. Third-party services

Some links take you to third-party services, such as our job application platform, appointment scheduling and messaging tools. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, OmHRA is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or from relying on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
